Binking is a way for rabbits to show that they are very happy! The rabbit will leap high into the air, twisting and kciking its feet! They are overwhelmed with joy and often do this when they are running and playing.
How to encourage binking

A rabbits scent glands are located on the bottom of their chin so they must rub their chin on things to mark it. Many rabbits will chin on everything such as shoes, people, furniture and everything else they come across.

Thumping is a sign of anger or displeasure shown by jumping and then stomping their back foot when they land. Rabbits will also thump if they are in the wild and danger is approaching. House-trained will often thump when their cage is being cleaned or when someone is sitting in their "seat".
